Leigh Jones
Bio
Leigh is a breathwork and somatic therapist who helps people move out of anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm into a more embodied, grounded, and purposeful way of living.
His work blends conscious connected breathwork with somatic therapy, drawing on an understanding of the nervous system, trauma, and the body’s natural ability to heal.
Leigh supports people to reconnect with their body through breath, attuned touch, somatic awareness, and guided inquiry. His work gently brings awareness to early implicit memories and held patterns that often sit beneath conscious thought, shaping how we feel, relate, and respond to life.
Through this process, he helps clients build safety within themselves, regulate their nervous system, and integrate past experiences so they can move forward with more clarity, ease, and purpose.
Leigh also runs workshops, retreats, and professional training programs, where he teaches others how to work with the breath and body in a safe, trauma-informed way. His approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on real, practical change that carries into everyday life.
