Angel Theodora

Angel is a certified trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and trainer with the Intuitive Breathwork Institute. Based in South-East London / Kent and rooted in her Cypriot ancestry, she is also an initiate on the shamanic path, working closely with the spirit of the Elements. Her work is devoted to bridging the worlds of the seen and unseen, the light and the shadow, through the portal of the breath.
